Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
The short version
We collect only what we need to follow up with you about a Clarity Conversation. We don’t sell your information, we don’t run advertising trackers, and we won’t spam you. If you want your data removed, just ask.
1. What information we collect
When you submit the expression of interest form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- An approximate annual revenue range (selected from a list)
- A free-text response describing the main thing costing your business right now
We collect this information only when you choose to submit the form. Browsing the site without submitting the form means we collect nothing beyond what our hosting provider logs as part of serving the page (see section 4).
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Assess whether a Clarity Conversation would be a good fit for your business
- Contact you to arrange or discuss next steps
- Understand the types of problems businesses in our market are facing (in aggregate, not individually targeted)
We won’t add you to a mailing list without your consent. We won’t share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We won’t use your free-text response for anything beyond understanding your situation.
3. How we store it
Form submissions are processed by Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet, accessible only to Amplifiable. Google’s infrastructure is based across multiple regions and is subject to Google’s own privacy and security practices. You can read more at policies.google.com/privacy.
We keep your submission for as long as it’s relevant to our working relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. We don’t retain data indefinitely.
4. Third-party services
Vercel. This site is served through Vercel’s global edge network. Vercel may log basic request information (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of providing the service. Vercel’s privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the expression of interest form to stop automated abuse. Turnstile runs a lightweight privacy-respecting challenge in the background and does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, time on site, general location by country/region). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. The information is processed in aggregate and we do not use it to identify individuals. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use Meta Pixel or any other advertising or behavioural retargeting tools on this site.
5. Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to track site usage (see section 4). Vercel may set a minimal session cookie for security purposes. Neither contains personal information about you. We don’t set any first-party cookies ourselves.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request a correction if anything is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@amplifiable.com.au. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and at no charge.
7. Contact
Amplifiable is operated by Matt Strmiska, based in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
Questions, requests, or concerns about this policy can be sent to hello@amplifiable.com.au.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and revise the “Last updated” date at the top. We won’t notify you individually of routine updates, but any significant changes that affect you directly will be communicated by email if we have a current address for you.
